Samedi dernier 29 Juillet notre premier arrière- petit-enfant est né de Julie notre première petite fille . Il s’appelle Elliot. C’est un gros bébé de 4,330 kg à la naissance. Evidemment il est magnifique . La preuve?  : la photo ci-dessous prise quand il avait un jour.

 Last Saturday, July 29 our first grand grandchild is born from Julie our first granddaughter . He is named Elliot. He is a big baby ( 4,330 kg = 8,82 pounds ) when he is born. Obviously he is beautiful . The proof ? here is above his photo when he was one day old .

Et Lundi dernier ,31 Juillet, Carole, jeune grand-mère,  et Thierry D  nous ont pris pour aller le voir à la maternité à Beauvais,  ville située pas trop loin d’ Amiens . Elle était très émue de voir et d’admirer son petit-fils  , et Janine , l’ arrière- grand-mère aussi naturellement . La photo ci-dessous montre les quatre générations

And on last Monday ,July 31, Carole, the Duchess, young grandmother,  and her knight Thierry D took us to see him at the maternity in Beauvais a town located not too far from Amiens. She was very moved  to see and admire her grandson,  and Janine , the great grandmother too, of course .Here is, above, a photo showing the four generations .

De ce fait Janine et moi avons pris un plus haut grade , nous sommes arrière-grands-parents . Nous somme heureux.
 By this way Janine and I got a higher grade , we are both great-grandparents .  We are happy.
